摘    要:以植物工厂辣椒育苗为对象,研究漂浮式与潮汐式供液方式对育苗的影响。试验结果表明,漂浮式处理营养液和基质pH值显著高于潮汐式处理,EC值显著低于潮汐式处理;与潮汐式处理相比,漂浮式处理中幼苗株高、茎粗分别增加18.4%,23.6%;漂浮式处理幼苗根尖数、总根长、直径在0~0.5 mm的根长分别增加了37.0%,45.5%,50.1%;幼苗地上部鲜质量、全株鲜质量、地上部含水量、植株含水量分别增加45.6%,32.1%,2.5%,1.8%。漂浮式育苗显著促进辣椒幼苗侧根生长,形成良好的根系系统,促进根系对水分和可溶性盐类的吸收,加快地上部形态建成,提升种苗整体质量。

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of the floating system and ebb and flow bench system on the pepper seedlings in the plant factory.The results showed that the pH value of nutrient solution and substrate in floating system were significantly higher than those in ebb and flow bench system,but its EC value of nutrient solution and substrate were significantly lower than those in ebb and flow bench system.Compared with the ebb and flow bench system,the floating system could increase the plant height and stem diameter of seedlings by 18.4% and 23.6%.It could also increase the numbers of root tips,total root length,root diameter within the range of 0-0.5 mm by 37.0%,45.5%,50.1%,and it increased the fresh weight of the shoot and the whole plant by 45.6% and 32.1%,increased the water content of the shoot and the whole plant by 2.5% and 1.8%.In all,nursing seedlings by the floating system significantly promoted the growth of lateral roots and formed a good root system of pepper seedlings,promoting the root absorption of water and soluble salts,accelerating the shoot morphogenesis and improving the quality of seedlings.
