大型汽轮机组汽流激振及配汽优化研究

摘    要:针对某电厂600 MW亚临界汽轮机通流部分改造后,在单阀切换多阀运行时出现的汽流激振问题,重点分析喷嘴配汽引起汽流激振的机理,并结合机组实际情况进行顺序阀试验与轴承载荷的理论计算,得出配汽优化方案并成功应用于该机组配汽改造。

Abstract:The mechanism of the steam-flow excitation triggered by nozzle governing is the main issue analyzed in the paper as steam-flow excitation phenomenon occurred frequently just after the reform of the turbine flow path in a 600MW steam turbine.According to the sequence valve test and bearing load calculation,optimization solution for steam distribution was achieved,and it was applied to steam distribution reform of the 600MW steam turbine unit successfully.
