| 摘 要： | 目的:观察He-Ne激光等物理疗法结合抗菌素综合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效.方法:选择慢性盆腔炎患者132例,随机分为两组:治疗组70例,对照组62例.对照组单纯给予抗菌素(头孢菌素和灭滴灵)治疗,治疗组在抗菌素治疗基础上加用He-Ne激光、超短波、电脑中频等物理治疗.结果:治疗组显效率为87.1%,对照组为72.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:He-Ne激光等物理疗法结合药物是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:Observe the clinical result of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated by He-Ne laser et al physical therapy combined antibiotic. Methods:132 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n=70)and contrast group(n=62).Contrast group was given antibiotic only.While the treatment group was given He-Ne laser,Ultrashortwave and medium frequency electrotherapy in addition to antibiotic. Results:The produce effects rate was 87.1% in treatment group and 72.5% in contrast group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:He-Ne laser et al physical therapy combined antibiotic is an effective method in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. |
