| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨可达龙在心房颤动治疗中的疗效.方法:房颤病人共60例,随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予可达龙;对照组给予倍他乐克和洋地黄,观察复律及心室率情况.结果:可达龙在转复窦性心律方面与对照组相比有显著性差异;在心室率方面两组比较无显著性差异.结论:可达龙在房颤复律方面具有较强优势.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of the amiodarone on the patients of atrial fibrillation.Methods:60 cases of atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into therapy group(amiodarone)and compared group(Betaloc and digitalis).To observe the turning over the rhythm of the heart and the rate of ventricle.Results:Amiodarone have significant difference in turning over the rhythm of the heart;have no significant difference in the rate of ventricle.Conclusions:Amiodarone have obvious superiority in turning over the rhythm of the heart. |
