重组人生长激素和谷氨酰胺对肠大部切除术大鼠代谢的影响

摘    要:目的研究重组人生长激素和谷氨酰胺对肠切除术大鼠代谢的影响。方法采用随机分组法,按窝别将24只大鼠随机分为GH+,Cln+;GH+,Cln-;GH-,Cln+;GH-,Cln-组,行80%的小肠切除术,于术后6d处死并测量大鼠的重量、动物含水量、蛋白质含量及脂质含量。结果四组大鼠术后6d含水量比较差异无显著性,GH+,Cln+组和GH+,Cln-组体重减少较GH-,Cln+组和GH-,Cln-组低(p<0·001),蛋白质含量GH+,Cln+组和GH+,Cln-组较GH-,Cln+和GH-,Cln-组增加(p<0·001),脂质含量GH+,Cln+组和GH+,Cln-组较GH-,Cln+和GH-,Cln-组减少(p<0·01)。结论生长激素和谷氨酰胺可促进肠切除术大鼠蛋白质代谢,促进正氮平衡,满足机体需要。

THE EFFECT OF RHGH AND GLUTAMINE ON ANABOLIC METABOLISM IN RAT WITH EXTENSIVE RESECTION OF THE SMALL BOWEL

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of rhGH and glutamine on anabolic metabolism in rat with extensive resection of the small bowel. Methods 24 rats with 80 percent small bowel resection were randomly divide into four groups as follows: GH~ ,Cln~ ;GH~ ,Cln~-;GH~-,Cln~ ;GH~-,Cln~-. After 6 days, rats were killed. Body weight, the carcasses contents of water, protein and fat were determined. Results Water content has no difference among four groups. Decrease of body weight in groups with GH~ ,Cln~ and GH~ ,Cln- were lower than groups with GH~-,Cln~ and GH~-,Cln~-(p<0.001). Protein content in groups with GH~ ,Cln~ and GH~ ,Cln~- were higher than groups with GH~-,Cln~ and GH~-,Cln~- (p<0.001), fat content in groups with GH~ ,Cln~ and GH~ ,Cln~- were lower than groups with GH~-,Cln~ and GH~-,Cln~- (p<0.01). Conclusion rhGH and glutamine may promote protein metabolism and positive nitrogen balance in rat with extensive resection of the small bowel.
