摘    要:目的:通过对我校(浙江水利水电专科学校)参加运动队训练的男大学生和普通男大学生这两个不同层面的群体之间心理健康状况的比较,进一步探讨如何采取更好的体育锻炼手段来促进普通在校大学生的心理健康水平。方法:采取SCL-90量表等工具,对我校参加运动队训练的男大学生和普通在校男大学生共480人进行测试和调查。结果:( 1)运动队男大学生的心理状况明显好于普通男大学生;(2)参加集体项目运动队男大学生的心理健康状况好于参加个人项目的男大学生。结论:长时间,多种类型的体育锻炼有利于学生心理健康的发展。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the mental health condition of male college students with that of those who participate sports team, and discuss how to adopt better physical exercise method to improve the mental health of college students. Methods: The 480 male college students were tested and surveyed by using SCL - 90 table and other means. Results: (1) The mentality of the male college students who participate sports team is obviously better than normal male college students. (2) In sports team, the mentality of the male college students who take part in collective items is better than that of those who take part in individual items. Conclusion: Long time and multiform physical exercise are beneficial to the development of students' mental health.
