失谐叶盘结构鲁棒性能分析

摘    要:在状态空间内建立了失谐叶盘结构的传递函数模型,以失谐传递函数矩阵的结构奇异值为指标,研究了各种失谐参数对叶盘结构鲁棒性能的影响.在此基础上对一个扇区两自由度的简化叶盘结构模型进行分析,考虑了激励阶次、阻尼、失谐程度和人为失谐等因素对系统鲁棒性能的影响.计算结果表明:增加系统阻尼,将失谐范围控制在阈值以外,以及在系统中引入适当形式的人为失谐等三种措施都能有效地提高叶盘结构的鲁棒性能.

Abstract:The transfer matrix model of the mistuned bladed disk was constituted in the state space.The effects of mistuning parameters on robust performance of mistuned bladed were evaluated using the structured singular value(SSV) of the mistuned transfer matrix.The robust performance of a simplified bladed disk model with two-degree-of-freedom per sector was analyzed.The influences of excitation order,damping,mistuning strength and intentional mistuning on the robust performance of the system were also considered.The numerical results indicate that,the robust performance of the mistuned bladed disk could be effectively enhanced by increasing the system damping,keeping the mistuning strength beyond the threshold value,and by introducing some appropriate intentional mistuning to the system.
