重症复合伤69例临床救治体会

目的：探讨因交通事故等暴力冲击所致重症复合伤的临床治疗方法,提高临床诊治效率。方法：回顾性分析2008年3月～2010年3月本院收治的69例重症复合伤患者的临床资料,分析重症复合伤患者的临床特点和治疗方法,总结诊治经验。结果：69例患者中抢救成功67例,死亡2例,救治成功率为97.10%。结论：科学有效的急救方法是提高重症符合伤患者抢救成功率的关键。

Clinical treatment experience of severe combined wound on 69 patients

Objective：Investigate the clinical treatment on traffic accidents,violent shocks caused by severe combined wound,to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment efficiency.Methods：Retrospectively analysed 69 patients with severe clinical data of composite trauma during March 2008 to March 2010.Analyzed the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of critical composite trauma patients,summarized the experience.Results：69 patients in 67 cases with successful rescue,2 cases died,cure rate was 97.10%.Conclusion：Scientific and effective method of first aid is the key to improving the success rate of critical accord with trauma patients rescue.
