摘    要:目的了解7~14岁少年儿童血压特点,为流行病学及预防成人高血压提供参考数据。方法用统一标准采集血压及有关数据,计算均值、标准差,用概率单位法行正态性检验,确定血压参考值范围及U检验。结果随年龄增大血压也逐渐上升,以收缩压升高为著,各年龄段男女之问血压无差异;BMI超过正常范围的收缩压明显高于BMI正常者,舒张压无明显差异。结论年龄与血压呈正相关,以收缩压表现为著;BMI超过正常者收缩压明显升高。

Abstract:Objective To find and the characteristics of the blood pressure of the children aged 7-14 years in onder to provide the neference data of the epidemiolgy and the prevention of the adult hypertention.Methods To measure the biood pressure and to collect the relevant data with the unified methoel.To count the average value and the standard deviation. To carry on the normal distribution's test with the probability unit and to determine the reference value of the blood pressure and U value.Results By ageing the blood pressure is ascending gradually and the systolic pressure is marked.The blood pressure is not deferent between male and female in the age's groups.The systolic pressure of BMI in over is higher than of BMI in normal and the diastolis pressure is not different in obviously.Conclusion The age and the blood pressure appeared the positive correlation and the systolic pressure is maked. The systolic pressure of BMI in over is obviously higher.
