基于三菱PLC反渗透脱盐水远程监控系统的设计

摘    要:根据重庆当地水质及其他实际情况,为重庆某轮胎厂设计了240t/h反渗透脱盐水车间。介绍了反渗透除盐工艺,详细叙述了设备控制方案、系统结构及软硬件配置,并对反渗透脱盐水工艺及其控制系统进行优化和展望。系统采用三菱Q系列PLC对脱盐水各种设备进行控制,通过WINCC组态软件实现上位机监控。系统利用“时林”平台实现了MES整合与远程监控功能。

Abstract:According to the Chongqing water quality, 240 t/h of desalinated water workshop is designed for the Chongqing XX Tire company. This paper describes the process of desahed water, the control program of the equipment, system structure and software and hardware configuration; it also discusses the optimization and prospeet of water reverse osmosis desalination process and its control system. The system uses Mitsubishi Qo2u PLC to control a variety of devices of the desalinated water; the system takes the Simatie Configuration software WINCC as a computer monitoring software. In addition, the system uses "Salien" platform for the realization of the integration of MES and remote control function.
