摘 要: | 结合风力发电的特点,分析风电接入电网对电压造成的波动和闪变等影响,提出使用静止无功发生器、电压分级控制、采用多代理系统等稳定控制电压的措施,通过实例说明这些措施可以减小风电并网后的电压波动,保证电网安全稳定运行。

Abstract: | Combined with characteristics of wind power ,this paper analyzes the impact of wind power grid on voltage fluc-tuation and flicker ,raises controlling voltage stability meas-ures that static var generator used for reactive power com-pensation and voltage hierarchical control ,and multi-agent systems ,illustrates that these measures can reduce the volt-age fluctuations ,to ensures the power grid safety and stabili-ty through examples . |
