高羟基含量丙烯酸酯乳液的制备和表征

摘    要:用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯制得了高羟基含量的四元共聚乳液,考察了羟基含量对乳液聚合的影响,用红外光谱(IR)分析了共聚乳液的结构,用透射电镜(TEM)观察了乳胶粒子形态,用激光散射粒度分布仪测试了乳胶粒子粒径及其分布,用综合热分析仪测试了共聚物的耐热性能。结果表明在羟基含量大于10%时,随着羟值的增加,凝聚物呈上升趋势,乳胶粒子呈凝聚状态,乳胶粒平均粒径增加,耐热性能下降。

Abstract:Acrylic emulsion containing high hydroxyl content was prepared from methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate,hydroxylethyl methacrylate(HEMA) and acrylic acid(AA).The influence of hydroxyl content on polymerization was studied according to coagulum.The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR),and the particle morphology was observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The particle size and distribution was measured by laser light scatter instrument.The synthesis thermo-analysis instrument was used to test its heat resistance.The results show that as the hydroxyl content increases,the coagulum and particle mean size increases,particle size distribution becomes broader and the heat resistance of the emulsion polymer decreases when the hydroxyl content is greater than 10%.A large amount of the emulsion particles are agglomerated together.
