| 摘 要： | 目的:观察仙方活命饮治疗肛周脓肿术后感染的临床疗效。方法:15例患者按时切口换药的基础上,口服仙方活命饮(金银花、白芷、防风、当归尾、赤芍、乳香、没药、陈皮、皂角刺、穿山甲、天花粉、贝母、甘草),10d为1疗程。结果:15例患者中,治愈10例,有效4例,无效1例,有效率为93.3%。结论:仙方活命饮使用方便,是治疗肛周脓肿术后感染的有效方药,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Miraculous Decoction for regional Infection to treat postoperative infection of perianal abscess. Methods:15 cases were treated in Miraculous Decoction for regional Infection on the basis of change of dressing at incisal opening. 10 days was 1 course of treatment.
