| 摘 要： | 高校医院沿用多年的常规职工体检服务模式已经不适应当前教职工对健康的需求。应积极引进健康管理模式,注重抓好健康管理的3个环节,即健康体检、健康评估和健康干预,实现体检服务的升级,为教工提供一个以健康体检为载体,实现全面健康管理为目的的全新服务,并以此给高校医院带来良好的社会效益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | The traditional method of the health examination for the university staff and faculty,which is used by university hospitals for many years,is rather old and far behind the need of the staff and faculty.A comprehensive and upgraded health management model based on the regular physical examination should be adopted.This new service system includes three steps,that is,the regular health examination,health evaluation and health precaution and intervening.In this way,better social and economic benefits can be achieved for university hospitals. |
