摘    要:在分布式电源(DG)协同规划过程中,配电网运营商与多投资主体共同投建分布式电源.为了满足配电网安全运行及隐私保护的需求,如何实现配电网运营商与多投资主体的利益均衡是当前亟须解决的问题.针对这一问题,文中提出一种基于过网费动态更新的分布式电源多主体协同规划方法.首先,分别构建了配电网运营商和多投资主体的DG规划决策模型,提出了基于过网费动态更新的多主体协同规划趋优引导策略.然后,基于多主体协同规划框架,提出了基于交替方向乘子法的过网费分布式动态更新方法,引导多投资主体的分布自治决策过程.最后,通过算例仿真验证了所提方法的有效性.

Abstract:In the process of distributed generator (DG) collaborative planning, distribution system operators (DSOs) and multi-investors jointly invest in the construction of distributed generation. In order to meet the requirements of the safe operation and privacy protection of the distribution network, how to achieve the balance of interests between the DSOs and multiple investors is an urgent problem to be solved. To address this problem, this paper proposes a multi-agent collaborative planning method for DGs based on dynamic updating of network tariffs. Firstly, the DG planning decision models of DSOs and multi-investors are constructed, respectively, and the multi-agent collaborative planning convergence guidance strategy based on the dynamic updating of network tariffs is proposed. Secondly, based on the multi-agent collaborative planning framework, a distributed dynamic updating method based on the alternating direction method of multipliers is proposed to guide the distributed autonomous decision-making process of multiple investors. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the arithmetic simulation.
