摘    要:论述了环形超声以电机的工作原理首次引入等效梁的概念,建立了环形超声波电机关键结构即定子复合振子的数学模型,给出了其振动模式的解析解和仿真计算结果;分析了定子表面粒子的椭圆运动及超声波电机的本质;并给出了实际的样机结构。

Abstract:The operation mechanism of a ring -type ultrasonic motor is discussed in this paper. The mathematical model of the compound vibrator of the sta-tor, the key structure element of a ring-type ultrasonic motor is established by introducing the concept of equivalent beam for the first time. The analytical solution and the simulation results of the vibration mode are presented. And the elliptic motion of particles on the stator surface and the basic principle of the ultrasonic motor are analyzed. Moreover, the actual structure of the sample motor is offered.
