面向寿命的级进冲模并行CAD集成框架研究

本文首次将并行工程在模具技术领域的应用深入到面向寿命的模具并行工程应用领域。从面向寿命的角度 ,针对现有模具设计对寿命考虑不够 ,致使模具常常因部分零件无法修复而报废 ,造成浪费的问题 ,对级进冲模并行CAD基础技术进行了研究。文章用集成系统设计的理论和技术 ,对面向寿命的级进冲模并行CAD的信息及其分类进行了研究 ,提出了面向寿命的级进冲模并行设计信息分类模型和功能模型 ,导出了面向寿命的级进冲模并行CAD系统集成框架 ,为集成系统的开发提供了重要的理论基础和指导

RESEARCH ON INTEGRATED FRAMWORK OF PROGRESSIVE DIE CONCURRENT CAD FOR ITS LIFE

Based on the author's PH D dissertation,the basic technologies of progressive die concurrent CAD for life are researched in this paper With the help of the theories and techniques on computer integrated system design,the information classification model,function model and system integrated framework of progressive die concurrent CAD for life are built up These models and system integrated framework behaves as an important theory foundation on the research and application of progressive die concurrent CAD for life The results of research in this paper will help solve the problem of progressive die rejecting caused by some parts life falling due,and reduce the cost of progressive die It is the first time that application research on concurrent engineering of die and mold related to its life is underway
