| 摘 要： | 无功定价研究是电力市场研究的一个重要方向,基于微观经济学的理论,提出了考虑暂态电压安全下的无功定价方法,将暂态电压安全作为约束条件去修正最优潮流,用来反映用户消耗无功功率对系统暂态电压安全性的影响。通过算例分析了考虑系统暂态电压安全对无功定价的影响,表明考虑了暂态电压安全的无功定价能反映用户消耗无功功率对系统暂态电压安全性的影响,从而全面反映了系统的运行情况,为系统的稳定运行提供了有益的信息,有利于系统稳定运行。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the incorporation of transient voltage security into an optimal power flow to determine reactive price based on microeconomics.The influence of transient voltage security is analyzed for reactive pricing.It can reflect reactive power user for transient voltage security.It is deduced that the consideration of transient voltage security could give better guidance for power system operation state by simulation example.It is in favor of power system stability operation. |
