高瓦斯弱突出型回采工作面瓦斯综合治理研究

以平煤一矿丁6-32030高瓦斯弱突出危险型工作面为例,结合该工作面瓦斯含量整体低、局部瓦斯赋存不均、瓦斯涌出量大的特点,对回采期间的瓦斯采取整体布局,突出重点的瓦斯治理思路。在低瓦斯区域采用顺层钻孔、上隅角插管、迎面斜交钻孔相结合的瓦斯治理方案。在局部瓦斯赋存不均区域又新增了沿空留巷及埋管抽采的治理技术,效果显著,对类似高瓦斯弱突出危险型工作面瓦斯综合治理具有一定的指导意义。

Study on Comprehensive Control of Gas at Type of High Gas Coal Mining Face with Weak Herniation Risk

Taking leveling ding 6-32030 coal face of No.1 colliery of Pingdingshan coal group company type gas weakly prominent dangerous working face as an example,combining with the working face gas content lower overall,uneven local gas occurrence and gas emission characteristics of large,acting on gas recovery during the overall layout,to the point of gas control.In the low gas area,use the techniques of drilling along coal seam,catheterization in upper corner and head-on skew drilling to control the gas,in the partial uneven gas occurrence area added along the empty left lane and the techniques of extraction of buried pipes has achieved good results of similar type gas weakly prominent risk working face gas comprehensive control has a certain guiding significance.
