诺卡菌属分类研究的进展

摘    要:诺卡菌属放线菌目,其中约一半可感染人类或动物。诺卡菌感染既可发生在健康人外伤后,又可引起免疫缺陷患者致死性感染。诺卡菌属的分类一直存有争议,现认为包含50余个种属。总结现阶段使用生化方法、药敏试验方法、分子生物学方法鉴定诺卡菌种属的研究进展,并分析各种分型的具体鉴定方法及适宜的临床鉴定方法。

Abstract:Nocardia spp. belongs to the actinomycetales. Half species of nocardia could infect human or animals. Nocardia infection may occur in healthy people after injury, or cause lethal infection in patients with immunodeficiency. The taxonomy of nocardia has been controversial. It is considered that there are about 50 species in the nocardia family. This review provides advancement in the taxonomy of Nocardia spp. and in its species identification methods, such as biochemistry, antimicrobial susceptibility test, and molecular biology methods. Also, the concrete identification methods and appropriate clinical identification methods are discussed for specific species ofnocardia.
