两系三系亚(品)种间杂交水稻亲本的亲和性研究

摘    要:以粳S、籼S、粳A、籼A四类共8个不育系作母本,以包括广亲和系和恢复系的9个材料为父本,采用8×9NCⅡ设计交配,获得72个组合杂交种,依据F_1杂种结实率,对亲本亲和性进行了研究.结果表明,不育系中_(7001)S、_(8801)S、协青早A、_(80-4)A具有较好的亲和性或可恢复性.根据父本与四类不育系的亲和性,将其分成四类:广亲和恢复系,广亲和选择性恢复系,广亲和系,恢复系.报道了培矮64、CPSDO_(17)具有恢复BT型粳A育性的能力;讨论了它们在长江中下游地区杂交粳稻强优组合选育中的应用价值.

Abstract:Eight male sterile lines divided into four types: Japonica S, Indica S,Japonica A, Indica A, and nine varieties comprised wide compatibility lines &restoring lines were used as female and male parents respectively, then seventytwo F_1 hybrids were produced by using 8×9NCⅡcrossing design, and the pare-nts'compatibility had been studied depending on the seed setting percentage of theF_1 hybids. The results indicate that the compatibility or restorable ability of_(7001)S, _(8801)S. XiegingzaoA、_(80-4)A is better than the others of the female parents.Male parents may be classified four types according to the compatibility crossedfour kinds of sterile lines: wide comatibility restoring lines, wide compatibilityselective restoring lines, wide compatibilty varieties, restoring lines. That "Pe-iai 64"and"CPSLO17"are able to restore the fertility of BT type Japonica Ais reported in this article, and their application value in strong hetersis combina-tion breeding of Japonica hybrid rice in the middle and lower reaches of theYangtse River was discussed.
