摘    要:文中介绍了抗高温深井复合金属聚磺钻井液的配方组成,室内性能测试结果和在盘深1井的现场应用实例。正电胶与聚合物,磺化处理剂复配使用时有很好的互补性,正电胶加入聚磺钻井液中,不仅能提高聚磺钻井液的动塑比,而且还能提高聚磺钻井液的抗温能力,改善钻井液抑制性能,从而使形成的复合金属聚磺钻井液体系抗温能力增强,性能稳定,机械钻速得到提高。

Abstract:The paper introduces the formula,indoor experiment results and in-site application in Panlong Well 1 about complex metal polymer sulfonated drilling fluid with high temperature stability.MMH,polymer and sulphonated additives will reveal good coordination effect when they are mixed by a certain concentration.The addition of MMH can not only increase the ratio of yield to plasticity of polymer mud with sulphonated additives,but improve its inhibition and strengthen its high temperature stability.Then this drilling fluid will be benefit to increase the penetration rate.It is one of good drilling fluid systems of deep well.
