摘    要:某黄金冶炼渣经过高温氯化焙烧处理,金以氯化物的形式挥发到烟尘中,后续被冷却塔喷淋收集,获得金含量1.21mg/L的酸性淋洗液。采用溶剂萃取的方法回收酸液中的金,研究了萃取剂种类、萃取剂浓度、相比、温度、时间对金萃取率的影响。结果表明:以浓度90%的二丁基卡必醇为萃取剂,在常温、相比O/A=1/4、1 600r/min振荡10min后金的萃取率可达到99.01%,再用草酸进行反萃可制得海绵金产品。

Abstract:During high temperature chlorination roasting of gold smelting slag, gold was volatilized into dust in the form of chloride. The dust was sprayed in cooling tower to form acid leaching solution with gold concentration of 1.21 mg/L. Gold was recovered from acid leaching solution with solvent extraction. Effects of extractant types, extractant concentration, extraction ratio, extraction temperature and time on gold extraction rate were discussed. The results show that gold extraction rate is 99.01% under the conditions including extractant concentration of dibutyl carbitol of 90%, O/A=1/4, room temperature, oscillation rate of 1 600 r/min, and time of 10 minutes. Sponge gold can be obtained by stripping with oxalic acid.
