海南省农村居民卫生服务需求与利用的现状

目的:通过对海南省农村居民卫生服务需求与利用情况的调查,为完善农村卫生服务体系建设提供理论依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法抽取海南省东、中、西部5个市/县所辖15个乡镇29个行政村,各行政村抽取农村居民进行问卷调查。结果:农村居民两周患病率为20.8%,并存在年龄和民族差异,两周患病就诊率为73.4%;18岁及以上成年人慢性病患病率为20.4%,年龄越大慢性病治疗率越高;就医地点首选村卫生室的比例最高;2007年住院率为40.4‰;汉族村民妇科检查率为27.6%,少数民族为34.9%;孕产妇住院分娩率在90.0%以上;男孩7岁以下儿童体检率为40.8%,女孩为29.4%。结论:海南省农村居民的卫生服务需求较大,但卫生服务利用状况需要改善,应重视和加快农村卫生服务机构及服务网络的改革,加强农村居民健康知识宣传力度,充分利用农村卫生服务资源,提高农村居民健康水平和生活质量。

Current situation of health service demand and utilization among the rural residents in Hainan province

Objective:To investigate the situations of health service demand and utilization among the rural residents in Hainan province,provide a theoretical basis for perfecting the construction of rural health service system.Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to select 29 administrative villages from 15 towns in 5 cities/counties in the eastern part,the middle part,and the western part of Hainan province,then the rural residents were Abstracted from the villages for questionnaire survey.Results:The two-week prevalence rate of the rural residents was 20.8%,and there were age difference and national difference;the two-week visiting rate was 73.4%;the prevalence rate of chronic diseases among the rural residents aged 18 years old and the adults was 20.4%;the higher the age was,the higher the treatment rate was.Most of the rural residents went to village clinics for treatment;the hospitalization rate in 2007 was 40.4‰;27.6% of the rural residents of Han nationality and 34.9% of the rural residents of minority nationalities underwent gynecological examination;the hospital delivery rate of pregnant women was more than 90.0%;the rates of physical examination among the boys and girls under seven years old were 40.8% and 29.4%,respectively.Conclusion:The health service demand of the rural residents in Hainan province is large,but the situations of health service utilization need improvements,the reformation of rural health service institutions and service network should be paid more attention to and quickened,the publicity of health knowledge among the rural residents should be enhanced,the rural health service resources should be utilized fully,and the health level and quality of life of the rural residents should be improved.
