纤维增强树脂复合材料3D打印流场分析与仿真

摘    要:以纤维増强树脂基复合材料为研究对象,该材料由碳纤维和聚乳酸高分子材料复合而成利用ANSYS CFX软件模块,对复合材料的流体状态和压力场进行了数值仿真,探究了以熔融沉积(FDM)3D打印工艺制备纤维增强复合材料的流动特性和打印机理.首先,结合纤维増强复合材料的流动和受力规律,建立了打印流道及复合材料的三维模型;其次,描述了用于数值仿真复合材料的参数,得到了纤维增强树脂复合材料熔融成型时内部流场状态和界面压力分布,并进行了分析讨论;最后,通过实验验证了3D打印用于纤维增强树脂复合材料成型制造的可行性。研究结果为纤维增强树脂基复合材料的3D打印应用提供了必要的仿真与实验基础。

Abstract:Fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material was composed of carbon fiber and polylactic acid resin polymer. The ANSYS CFX software module was used to simulate the fluid state and pressure field of the composite material in order to understand the flow characteristics and printer mechanism of the fiber reinforced composite prepared by the fused deposition ( FDM ) 3D printing. Firstly, the heating and flow laws of fiber reinforced composite were considered, and the three-dimensional model of the print runner and composite material was established. Then , the parameters used in numerical simulation of composite materials were described. The internal flow field state and interface pressure distribution of fiber reinforced resin composite during melt forming were obtained and analyzed. Finally, the feasibility of 3D printing for the fabrication of fiber reinforced resin composite was verified by experiments. A significant simulation and practical basis for 31) printing applications of fiber reinforced resin matrix composite were provided.
