| 摘 要： | 目的掌握单位价格、单位成本、卫生服务量对某军队医院2010—2011年有偿医疗服务收益的影响及影响程度。方法运用多元函数全增量因素分析法。结果影响医疗收益增加的根本原因是单位成本的减少,药品收益的增加主要是由卫生服务量的增加所致。结论应强化成本控制,提高医疗效率,优化服务流程,合理调配医疗资源,提高卫生服务量,使医院朝着优质、低耗、高效的方向发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To master the impact and influence of the unit price,unit cost and health services on the medical service revenue of certain military hospital in 2010 and 2011.Methods The multi-function full incremental factor analysis method was used.Results The root causes affecting the increase in medical income is the reduction of unit cost.The increased drug earnings is mainly caused by the increase in the amount of health services.Conclusion The hospital should further strengthen the cost-control efforts to improve medical efficiency,and optimize service processes.A reasonable allocation of medical resources and efforts to improve health services could enable the hospital towards the development of high-quality,low cost,efficient direction. |
