Approach to Fostering of Technically Innovative Teams

In order to have a continued development based one＇s own originality, there must be an outstanding leader and a new and excellent team led by him. The new team with the leader as its core and talents at different echelons is the main force to solve different problems at the frontier and to solve different problems at the frontier and to satisfy the needs for developing modem science and technology in a comprehensive and integrated way. The connotation of such a team is explored and its features analyzed. Meantime, the problems existing with some teams are pointed out and the significance and routes for fostering and improving such teams are explored with corresponding suggestions proposed.
