浅谈充血性心力衰竭的中医认识与治疗

充血性心力衰竭病程绵长,病位在心,常累及肺、脾、肾、肝四脏,心肾虚衰为本,阴阳亏虚损及肺、脾、肝三脏,水饮、瘀血、痰湿等邪聚结为标实,为本虚标实之证。治疗当在益气温阳、活血利水,益阴助阳、活血通脉基础上进行辩证施治。首辩病位,以心为本关联五脏,有机分析心与五脏生克制化的关系,以及临床证候出现的规律,调理相关各脏的功能,次辨标本分虚实,权衡缓急,辨明阴阳,分清主次。
