板底脱空灌浆材料的正交设计方差分析

摘    要:在试验设计中,正交设计得到越来越广泛的应用,三因素三水平正交设计的应用尤为普遍.研究拟在选定原材料的基础上、以板底脱空灌浆材料对强度、流动性和干缩性的要求为出发点、利用正交设计对所研究砂浆进行试验分析,采用方差分析法处理及分析试验数据,研究砂浆组分相对水泥的掺量的变化对砂浆强度、流动性和干缩性能的影响,并对其性能的变化的机理作简要的分析,最后确定最优的各因素的水平组合.

VARIANCE ANALYSIS OF ORTHOGONAL DESIGN ON VOID BENEATH CONCRETE SLAB GROUTING MATERIAL

Abstract:In experiment design, orthogonal design is more and more widely used, the application of orthogonal design of three factors three levels is particularly common. On the basis of the raw materials selected, viewing void beneath concrete slab grouting material requirements for strength,liquidity and dr- ying shrinkage as the starting point, making use of orthognnal design to carry on test analysis about the mortar under study, this research is adopting variance analysis to process and analyze test data, researc- hing the influence of the ehange of components content of cement mortar relative to cement on the mortar strength,liquidity and drying shrinkage performance,making a brief analysis on the mechanism of chan- ges of the performance of cement mortar,finally determining the optimal level combination of various fac- tors.
