等离子表面硼硅共渗研究

摘    要:将45号无缝钢管内表面涂敷1层按一定比例配制好的涂料,用常压等离子束以一定工艺参数扫描钢管内表面,可得到宽为3mm的螺旋状硬化带。用电子探针和透射电镜对硬化层的成分和组织进行了分析,结果表明,涂料中所含B,Si,Ce三元素的渗入深度各不相同;硬化层为极细针状马氏体及B,Si、Fe形成的多种金属间化合物。显微硬度和摩擦性能测试结果表明;显微硬度由表面至基体硬度梯度合理,耐磨性好。耐蚀星及表面接触疲劳

Abstract:Smearing the coating material compounded with a definite proportion on the inside wall of 45 steel tube,then scanning the surface with ordinary pressure plasma beam according to a definite process parameter,the helical harden zone with about 3 millimeter is obtained.The composition and microst ructure of the harden layer are investigated by electron probe and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the penetrating depths of boron,silicon and cerium are different one another.The microstructures of the harden layer are needle like marten site and intermetallics which are composed of boron,silicon and cerium.The microhardness and tribological properties of the harden layer are measured.The results show that the gradient of the microhardness is reasonable.Tribological property,corrosion property and contact fatigue strength are improved obviously.After scanning,the surface roughness,the size and the form of the cylinder are nearly invariable.
