PET基底上碳氟膜纳米结构及均匀性研究

摘    要: 研究开发防水透湿聚酯(PET)织物,利用磁控溅射法在PET薄膜及织物上制备碳氟高分子膜,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、光电子能谱(XPS)对PET基底上碳氟膜的纳米结构及均匀性进行研究。SEM研究表明,一定条件下制备的碳氟膜表现出一定的有序性,呈现一定的微观结构均匀性,具有网络和棒状纳米自组装的特征;在一定条件下得到了开发防水透湿织物所需的微观网络结构。XRD研究表明碳氟膜是部分结晶的。XPS研究表明碳氟膜的氟碳面积比随着压力的增加而增加。

Abstract:In order to research and develop waterproof &;amp; moisture permeable PET fabric,fluorocarbon film was prepared on PET film and fabric by magnetron sputtering.Nanostructure and homogeneity of fluorocarbon film were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).SEM shows that fluorocarbon film is in good orientation under certain conditions and has a character of network and rod-shaped nano self-assembly.Network structure of film was obtained for development of waterproof &;amp; moisture permeable fabrics.It is indicated by XRD that fluorocarbon film is partly crystallized.XPS shows that the ratio of F/C increases with the pressure increase
