磨削多种规格槽钻的数学模型研究

摘    要:本文根据成型磨削工艺,结合不同规格钻头外径和钻芯厚度的差异,建立了相应的数学模型,得到了砂轮的截形数据,给出了用一种规格砂轮磨削多种规格槽钻的数学模型。此工艺可显著降低成本,产品精度高,符合国际标准。

Abstract:Based on the grinding technology of modelling and the difference between the external diameter and core bit thickness of drills with different standard, this paper set up corresponding mathematical model, obtained the data about the section of the grinding wheel, and created a mathematical model for grinding various slot drills with one standard grinding wheel, which may decrease the cost remarkably and produce precise and qualified products up to the international standards.
