安宝应用于保胎治疗的护理体会

目的:探讨安宝(盐酸利托君)在治疗早产保胎治疗病例中有关的护理措施的体会。方法:对本组的20例孕妇进行诊断,在无安宝用药禁忌症情况下,使用安宝来实行保胎治疗,并在治疗期间中采取护理干预。结果:20例孕妇中,放弃使用安宝保胎而实行引产的有1例,在进行安宝保胎治疗中有1例表现出心率大于140次/min,心悸伴恶心呕吐的症状,而改换其它药物进行治疗。其余的孕妇经安宝治疗和护理干预后,延长了胎儿孕龄且无不良反应。结论:安宝在短期内能抑制宫缩和延长胎儿孕龄,采取针对性强的护理干预措施后,效果良好。

Nursing Experience of Anpo Used in the Treatment of Tocolytic Therapy

Objective:To evaluate Anpo in the treatment of premature tocolytic therapy in cases of nursing interventions experience.Methods:20 cases of pregnant women in this group for diagnosis,treatment in the absence of contraindications Anpo cases,the implementation of Anpo in tocolytic treatment,and cares taken nursing intervention during the treatment.Results:one case of abortion abandon the use and implementation of Anpo in tocolytic therapy.1 case showed heart rate greater than 140 beats /min,during tocolytic treatment with Anpo,heart palpitations accompanied by nausea and vomiting,and change other drugs for treatment.On the rest of the treasure by pregnant women after the Anpo in tocolytic therapy and nursing intervention,extended fetal gestational age and no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Anpo can inhibit uterine contractions and prolong fetal gestational age in the short term,after the targeted nursing intervention measures,the result was good.
