中药三联疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎32例

目的探讨中药三联疗法能否改善重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）的消化道功能,以及对多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）的疗效。方法入选病例共46例,男32例,女14例,分为两组。甲组用传统方法进行治疗,乙组在此基础上加用中药三联方法进行治疗。比较观察两组患者在胃肠功能恢复时间、治疗失败率及MODS评分方面的变化。结果乙组患者胃肠功能恢复时间明显短于甲组（P〈0.05）,治疗失败率低于甲组（P〉0.05）,治疗后MODS评分优于甲组（P〈0.05）。结论在传统综合治疗的基础上加用中药三联疗法能改善SAP患者胃肠功能,并在阻止MODS的进展方面有明显疗效。

Clinical Study of Triple Therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treatment of Thirty Two Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To study the effect of the triple therapy with traditional Chinese medicine in improving the digestive tract function of the patients with severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）,and its preventive effect on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）.Methods A total of 46 cases,32 males and 14 females,were selected and divided into group A and B.The patients in group A accepted the traditional treat-ment methods of SAP and the patients in Group B were added the triple therapy with traditional Chinese medicine based on the traditional treatment.To observe and compare the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the rate of treatment failure and the change in the MODS score.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in group B was shorter than that in the group A with significant difference（P 0.05）.The rate of treatment failure in the group B was lower than that in the group A without statistical difference（P 0.05）.The MODS score after treatment in group B was better than that in the group A with significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion For SAP pa-tients,the triple therapy with traditional Chinese medicine based on the traditional treatment has obvious effects in improving the gastroin-testinal function and preventing MODS to progress.
