PTFE/Fe2O3共凝聚粒子结构与性能研究

摘    要:采用静电吸附法制备了PTFE/Fe2O3共凝聚粒子。用电子显微镜表征共凝聚粒子的形貌、结构,发现两种粒子的粒径比不同时,所形成的共凝聚粒子的结构、形貌不同;用热重分析法和超声洗脱法表征共凝聚粒子的稳定性。结果表明,共凝聚粒子具有良好的结构稳定性。

Abstract:PTFE/ Fe 2O 3 hetero-coagulated particles were prepared by electrostatic adsorption method, and the morphology, structure and properties of the particles were characterized by means of electron microscope. It was found that the morphology and structure of PTFE/ Fe 2O 3 particles varied with Fe 2O 3/PTFE particle diameter ratio. The stability of the hetero-coagulated particle was characterized by thermogravimetry and ultrasonic washing, and the results showed the particle was stable under ultrasonic wave.
