酸性氧化电位水对多药耐药菌消毒效果的研究

摘    要:目的验证酸性氧化电位水对临床分离多药耐药菌的消毒效果。方法参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)相关试验方法,使用酸性氧化电位水对多药耐药的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(MDRAB)进行悬液定量杀灭试验和对医疗器械的消毒模拟现场试验。结果悬液定量杀灭试验作用时间为分别为1、2、3min,试验重复3次,各次各作用时间的杀灭对数值均>5.00,消毒合格;在模拟现场试验中,作用时间为2min,阳性对照组均有菌生长,活菌培养计数达到规定数量,阴性对照均无菌生长,对试验组30份样本上人工污染的MRSA和MRDAB的杀灭对数值均>5.00,消毒合格。结论酸性氧化电位水对临床分离的MRSA和MRDAB消毒效果良好。
