| 摘 要： | 针对山东晨鸣纸业集团脱墨车间存在的胶黏物问题进行了分析，并采用生物酶进行处理，试验结果表明，胶黏物问题得到了较明显的改善，纸机车速提高了24m／min，纸机运行效率提高了1．42个百分点，日均断纸时间减少20min；吨纸综合成本降低约8．58元。 |

| Abstract: | Sticky problems existing in deinking plant of Shandong Chenming Paper Group Co.,Ltd.were analyzed,and the problems of sticky for the workshop were dealt with enzyme.The results show that sticky problem gets a more significant improvement.The machine speed is increased by 24m/min,machine operating efficiency is improved by 1.42%,paper break time is reduced by 20 minutes average daily,comprehensive paper cost per ton is lowered by about 8.58 yuan. |
