| 摘 要： | 劳动合同中止制度不仅是劳动合同实践中亟待解决的一个重要问题，也是劳动合同立法需要明确加以规范的重要内容，依据目前国内劳动合同立法中有关劳动合同中止规定的情况，对劳动合同中止的原因、期限、中止期间当事人的权利义务等问题进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The suspending of the labor contract is not only an important problem that should be resolved urgently during the fulfillment of the labor contract,but also an important content to be clearly stipulated in the labor contract legislation.On the ground of the labor contract suspendings stupilated in the domestic labor contract legislation,the author discusses the reasons and durations of the suspendings and what rights and duties each party has during the suspending period. |
