临床医学重点学科评估指标体系构建

目的：建立科学、可行的临床医学重点学科评估指标体系。方法：Delphi法和专家会议法筛选评估指标以及确定评估指标的权重系数。结果：建立了包括5个一级指标，13个二级指标，43个三级指标的评估指标体系，并提出了综合评价的数学模型。结论：评估指标的选择具有代表性、各级指标权重系数合理，评价方法科学、客观，为今后各层次的临床医学重点学科的遴选提供了参考模式。

Establishment of Evaluation Index System for Key Clinical Medical Subjects

Objective: To establish a scientific and feasible index system for evaluating the key clinical medical subjects.Methods: Using Delphi method and expert consultation method,the assessment indexes and weight coefficient of each index were determined.Results:The index system was developed,which included five first-class(primary) indexes,thirteen second-class indexes and 43 three-class indexes,also the mathematics model of comprehensive assessment was proposed.Conclusions: The constructed assessment indexes are representative and the weight coefficient of each index is reasonable.Therefore,it could provide a scientific and objective reference mode for evaluating the key clinical medical disciplines in the future.
