| 摘 要： | 收费道路的收入和收费费率之间存在相互影响的动态关系。本文作者根据效用极大化原则，建立了收费收入-费率关系模型来描述这种关系，并通过这个模型寻求最优费率，最后通过实际数据进行了测算。

| Abstract: | There is a dynamic relationship between the revenue and the toll-ratio in toll highways. Based on the utility maximization principle, this paper establishes a relation model that describes the relationship between the revenue and the toll-ratio. The optimal toll-ratio may be found by using this model. Finally, a calculating example is presented through practical data. |
