大众化视域下的我国高等教育公平政策分析综述

随着大众化进程的加快,我国政府通过出台相应的政策解决目益凸显的高等教育公平问题.但是,结合高等教育起点公平、过程公平和结果公平分析,以及借鉴发展中国家和发达国家的经验和教训看,我国既需要完善已有的高等教育公平政策,更需要制定新的政策保障高等教育公平.

On the Policy for Equity in the Perspective of Chinese Mass Higher Education

In the accelerating course of the Chinese mass higher education, the projecting problems of equity have been impressed in the policies regulated by the government. However, through the analyses of the equality ideas, the experiences and lessons from the developing countries and the developed countries, we not only perfect the old equity policies but formulate the new policies to promote education equality.
