摘    要:文中采用硫酸锌和硫化氢气体为原料,制备纳米硫化锌。探讨了反应物浓度、反应温度、pH值等工艺参数对产品平均晶粒大小和产品收率的影响规律,确定最佳反应条件,制备出了分散性好、平均粒径为7nm的闪锌矿纳米硫化锌粒子。并采用XRD、TEM等手段对产品的晶相、大小、形貌进行了表征。

Abstract:Nano-particles of zinc sulfide were synthesized by using zinc sulfate and hydrogen sulfide as source materials. Effects of the initial reactant concentration, reaction temperatures and pH value on the product size and yield were investigated and the optimum conditions were determined. Well-dispersed nano particles with a sphalerite crystal phase and an average size of 7nm were prepared. The crystal structure, size and morphology of the product were also characterized by XRD and TEM.
