| 摘 要： | 目的了解连云港市降氟改水措施对氟病区村8～12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率的影响。方法对连云港市部分已改水的氟病区村8～12岁儿童氟斑牙患病情况进行调查,并检测居民饮水氟含量。结果 （1）8～12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率由改水前的74.91%降至44.26%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）降氟改水工程一直正常运行的氟病区村儿童氟斑牙患病率为23.32%（〈30.00%）,达到了地方性氟中毒病区控制标准要求;（3）居民饮水氟含量均值为0.71 mg/L,范围为0.19～3.04 mg/L。结论连云港市降氟改水有一定成效,病情呈现下降趋势但未得到完全控制,需要加强对降氟改水工程的管理与维护,确保有效控制病情。
