潘口水电站面板堆石坝填筑质量控制

Quality control for filling of faced rock-fill dam of Pankou Hydropower Station

The dam construction of Pankou Hydropower Station is based on procedure quality control and the quality control measures of tour inspection for general items,check or spot check for main control items and job site supervision for important items are taken,and the "double controls" of roller-compacting parameters and dry density are taken for filling quality control.The safety monitoring result shows that the construction quality meets the design and construction standard requirement and both dam deformation and seepage are small.We give a detail introduction to the quality control condition of dam material mining,roller-compacting test,filling construction,quality check and put forward the suggestions on some problems in the dam filling construction.
