骨水泥强化椎弓根螺钉固定的研究进展

椎弓根螺钉固定技术是脊柱后路固定的标准技术,但在骨质疏松情况下固定易松动失效,常需要行骨水泥强化以提高固定效果.本文简要介绍了疏松性椎骨骨-钉界面生物力学、骨水泥强化固定的方法和材料.并指出强化固定的指征和可吸收材料在骨质疏松性骨质强化巾的替代过程及其强度可能是值得期待的研究方向.

Recent developments of pedicle screw augmentation with bone cement
