灯盏花素联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对血液流变学的影响

目的观察灯盏花素联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法 90例急性脑梗死患者按照治疗方法不同分为治疗组47例与对照组43例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在基础上加用灯盏花素、前列地尔治疗,连续治疗14d后比较2组临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（χ2=11.260,P=0.007）,治疗后全血高切、低切、红细胞比积、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原等指标均较治疗前、同期对照组改善明显,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论灯盏花素联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死可提高治疗效果,其可能通过改变血液流变学发挥作用。

The curative effect and hemorheology of breviscapine combined with alprostadil treating patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the curative effect and hemorheology of breviscapine combined with alprostadil treating patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the treatment group（n=47,treated with breviscapine plus alprostadil combined with conventional medicine）and the control group（n=43,treated with conventional medicine）.The curative effect and hemorheology of two groups were compared after continuous 14 d treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The high blood viscosity,low cut,hematocrit,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of treatment group were more than these of control group,which had statistical significance.Conclusion Breviscapine combined with alprostadil can increase the curative effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction,which can be achieved by changing hemorheology.
