大庆油田三元复合驱注入程序及段塞优化设计

摘    要:在大庆油田室内配方和先导性矿场试验研究基础上,利用软件(GCOMP)三元复合驱(ASP)油藏数值模拟软件,优化设计了北一区断西矿场试验的最佳注入程度及段塞大小。结果表明:提高ASP体系粘度,增注低浓度表面活性剂ASP副段塞,采用聚合物前置段塞和聚合物梯度式后续段塞的优化,采收率(OOIP)比未优化时时的20%OOIP提高到30%OOIP,说明,大庆油田应高度重视ASP驱的注入方式和段塞优化设计,进一步提高ASP的技术经济效果。

Abstract:The optimum injection procedure and chemical plug size of alkaline/surfactant/polymer (ASP) used in Block North 1 Daqing oilfield have been designed based on the laboratory formulation and earlier field tests and using the reservoir simulator COMP. Results show that oil recovery based on the slug size and injection precedence of pilot tests has increased by 10% Original Oil In Place (OOIP) by the optimization of increasing the viscosity of ASP system, injecting a secondary surfactant ASP slug, using a small preflush polymer slug and following a gradient buffer. As a result, much attention should be paid to the injecting precedence and slug size in order to enhance the economic effects of ASP technology.
