Medlab在神经干动作电位及传导速度测定实验中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨Medleb信号处理系统在神经干动作电位及传导速度测定实验中的应用优势。方法用Medleb信号处理系统测定6只蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位的阈刺激(Vth)、最大刺激(Vmax)、双相动作电位第一相幅度(AB1P)、单相动作电位幅度(Amap)、双相动作电位第二相幅度(AB2P)、双相动作电位第一相时程(DBlP)、双相动作电位第二相时程(DB2P)、传导速度(V)。结果蟾蜍坐骨神经的Vth均值为0.58V,Vmax均值为1.48V,V均值为36.85m/s。末梢端神经干动作电位幅度、时程均小于中枢端,1%普鲁卡因处理神经干,神经冲动传导被阻断。结论利用Medlab信号处理系统测定蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位方法简便,结果可靠,值得在相关实验室推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the dominance of application of medlab bio-siganl operating system to measuring action potential of nerve cord and its velocity of conduction.Method MedLab software was employed to measure 9 indexes of 6 toads' sciatic nerve cord: voltage of threshold stimulus (Vth), voltage of maximal stimulus (Vmax), amplitude of biphasic action potential's first phase(AB1P), amplitude of monophasic action potential (Amap), amplitude of biphasic action potential's second phase (AB2P), duration of biphasic action potential's first phase (D1P), duration of biphase action potential's second phase (D2P), velocity of conduction (V).Results Mean Vth of toads was 0.46V, Vmax was 0.82V and V was 41m/s. Both the amplitude and duration of action potential on the twig end were less than those on the center end. The conduction of nerve impulse was interdicted by 1% procaine.Conclusion It's convenient to measure action potential of toads' sciatic nerve cord with MedLab bio-signal operating system, and the results are reliable.
