| 摘 要： | 网络性能监测是网络设计和网络管理的重要环节。针对中小型网络提出了一个Windows平台下的综合网络性能监测系统，系统对网络设备及高层应用等网络的多个层面进行数据采集，从而能够全方位监测网络的性能。
