| 摘 要： | 高校的人才培养质量成为各方关注的焦点,职业生涯教育是提升高校毕业生就业竞争力的重要举措之一。从事生涯教育的老师既是生涯教育理念的传播者,又是理论的实践者,教师师资水平高低直接关系到生涯教育事业的成败。提升师资水平的实施策略是解决好师资的来源、培养、评价、发展等系列问题。

| Abstract: | The quality of university graduates has been the focus of many parties and career education is one of the most important measures to improve graduates＇ competitiveness.As both the disseminator and practiser of career education,the qualification of lecturers directly affects the results of career education.The strategy of improving lecturers＇ qualification concerns a series of questions on the source,training,evaluation and development of lecturers. |
